Well, I won't bore you with the details. People who love don't care about the details. And to be frank, we invest a lot of effort to simplify your world so you won't have to care.

Bottom line, please be patient while we fix things. I will post again as soon as I get the word from The Others that 8hands is back online.

This is the first post about The Product. Gosh. Being the product manager, I really wanted to write about how cool 8hands is, how we're going to change the world, about the cool features and the user experience. But I can't. Not yet. Saving Private Alpha, you know. So instead, I decided I'd start a thread listing cliches used by product managers, when they write their first post on the product's blog. Feel free to add your own.
